Rudest Staffing Company Ever!!!

I really can't think of any. This was the worst experience I have ever had with a recruiter. I would never recommend them to anyone.

Cons

I got called about a great job opportunity and was told to send them my resume. I was told they felt great about me for this position. I was supposed to get a follow up email and phone call. No one ever contacted me and wouldn't return my emails nor phone calls. They are very unprofessional.

TransTech has overall been quite a let down. I did not experienced the "family culture" that they claim to have. There is constant disagreement between sales and recruiting and there are very few jobs to work on. KPSs are extremely challenging, especially for this industry. If your performance does not meet their expectations you will be let go.

The team and family spirit of TransTech is like no other company I have worked for. My colleagues have served as my mentors, a huge source of encouragement and have proven to be true leaders in the industry. The caliber of clients we serve in Chicago and through out the country on such a high level is extremely exciting. Above all else, TransTech is an ethical steward of IT Recruiting: truly ensuring that each consultant is a great match for our clients. If you have a chance to interview with us, I would highly recommend it. There are great quarterly and yearly incentive programs, including bonuses and paid vacations (this year the location is Hawaii). The culture here is comfortable, diverse and is driven by the collective commitment of everyone to stay flexible, learn from each other's successes and failures and consistent praise to those for a job well done.

Cons

Like any recruiting position, creating your pipeline in a new market is difficult. Dedication and hard work will pay off in the first couple of months as you build your network.
