Pros

Excellent Benefits (especially for a company of this size), competitive pay, knowledgable co-workers, good work/life balance. During difficult economic times a couple of years ago-did not freeze salaries or lay off a bunch of employees.

Cons

Limited vertical career growth opportunities due to size, can be too busy with current work to spend time on proactive activities (training)

Pros

Pay and benefits a fairly decent for the area. Traveling to new places. Most everything you need is provided to you. Also while on the road you are well taken care of company pays for all meal, hotels, fuel, and provides a company vehicle.

Cons

Lack of proper training, some of the senior techs are willing to train but are not allowed to from management. This cause techs to look bad onsite because there no properly trained for the equipment they are calibrating

Pros

-Can give you very entry level experience to move to another company -Can be flexible with times such as appointments -Accrue PTO in a timely mannor -CEO Lee is a VERY nice man but also does not know how things are actually happening within the departments

Cons

- Manamgment in most departments do not have control over their people. Such as Sales, Lab, Credits, Warehouse -Two week notice not necessary as they will tell you to just leave once the 2 week notice is received. -Pay rate is VERY low starting around $16 -Directors hire friends and protect them and move them up the ladder faster than others with more time and experience with the company -Training in all departments is VERY poor and makes it hard to work within the company since you have to communicate with others in departments besides yours. -Management struggles to develop employees, as said before management will move up employees with ties to higher ups to protect themselves. -Management and directors will be the first the through you under the bus to protect themselves. -The CEO has to over look the lab because they're so under managed and so far behind on lead times -Customer service is VERY poor since training internally is low and management especially doesn't care very much to improve things that will improve customer service -Management will also not let you know if you're doing something incorrectly or not efficient enough until you're pulled into a disciplinary meeting to tell you everything you're doing wrong
