This valid if u don't have option then join this company(as a last option)

Cons

every aspect they are lacking. 1) No benefits for employees 2) Cheap politics 3) Don't expect good review even if u complete all your exit formality, they will try to ruin your career. 4) Management is so corrupted, employees are treated as animal. 5) No pre-defined policies. They try to attract employs by showing like they use all latest technologies but there is no one to train you because all good and senior team left the job because of their non professional behavior.

We have identified this ex-employee. This employee took 8 months of training on Magento and various advanced technologies and then dumped the job without any notice period. Further showed complete disdain for professional ethics .. We are more than delighted that such employees are not part of our company

Company works with various e-commerce platforms like magento, shopify, wordpress.

Cons

- No work life balance - No benefits for employee also no value of good employees - Favoritism for pet employees - No policies for employee, and if they have they will change it according to their convenience. - Anytime they can ask you to leave.(As mentioned no policies) - Company is ruthless towards employees. They feel they gave us salary mean we are their slaves. - If you see some good reviews about the company, these reviews are from there management team that to they putted forcefully. -List is quite long. So better keep searching job instead of joining this company

TPS is established for the last 12 years. Even with COVID-19 TPS has numerous projects in hand. Its world number one company in jewelry eCommerce. Indeed, we sack clumsy, sloppy employees, and we will keep it that way. Our work standards are sacrosanct if you are a sacked employee than introspect and improve yourself.

Lot of to say but here are some major points: 1) Company is not professional at all 2) Employees treated as labours 3) They blindly trust on old employee. 4)They fire employees on small mistakes without verifying so employee works under pressure , Hence no job safty. 5) If any network issue comes at Pune office, respective team from Mumbai office starts blame game with pune employees instead of solving issue. 6) They tries to ruin your career after you left the job. 7) No scope for improvement . 8) HR management is very poor.

This is again the repeat review. A disgruntled employee who forged her paperwork to get into our organization was sacked by our HR team. The same employee is repeatedly posting and spamming with the negative review. Her earlier two reviews were removed by Glassdoor moderator. We have already flagged this review for moderator's perusal.
