      The road to nowhere

      The people are friendly, helpful, hardworking and the best thing about this company. The experience I gained here has been excellent.

      Cons

      Management promises, promises, promises, and never delivers. The environment is terrible. In the summer the heat is oppressive and as there is no ventilation, it is like working outside in the direct sun. If you are in the office it is air conditioned.

      Good Manufacturing Experience

      Pros

      Large company to provide experience and guidance in the industry with solid and well documented ISO procedures and processes. Was an excellent way to gain knowledge using an MRP system and the full scope of a manufacturing process. Many knowledgeable people with a passion for the business. A welcoming environment.

      Cons

      Limitations for growth and opportunity. If you became valuable in a position it is difficult to move from that position, limiting then salary and opportunity. This left many with the difficult choice of limiting their own potential for growth within the organization or making the difficult decision to find opportunity elsewhere.
