Flexibility to work from home (permanent WFH option) - Salary comes on 31st-1st every month - Lots of learning. have learn more here in 6 months time than i learnt in 2 years elsewhere - HR policies are excellent, they really care about you as a Trantor team member - Virtual events such as Secret Santa and festive celebrations helps to foster a strong sense of community - The team dynamic and people working is great - Mediclaim is a great add on - Leadership is focused and visionary and great at what they do.
