Pros

1. Balance in work and personal life. 2. Salary is ok when you join 3. PM and TL are helpful.

Cons

1. They start to exploit you as soon as they hear about your resignation. 2. They won't leave you until you serve 3 months notice period for them even you are on bench. (They don't even let you buy out the notice period). Most of the people have to left without relieving letter. 3. Salary remains constant. Increment is very limited. Increment period is only beficial for upper management. 4. H.R. always play games. They seems nice from front but at your back even King Cobra would be afraid of them.

Pros

- Hired for Google Digital Marketing project based at Google Gurgaon office. - Very nice HR's and Upper management. - Quarter, Annual parties - Fun time activities. - Regular salary. - Cab provided for far routes. Travel allowance provided for people not taking cabs. Reimbursement only for cab bills office to home provided. - Since you will be working at Google office, 3 times meal, a snack vending, pool table for pool lovers - facilities are provided. - Clean ambiance, washrooms, big office. - Flexible and multiple breaks.

Cons

- Bond based recruitment. - Do not be fooled for "Google" if you are fresher or experienced both. Company shows dreams of working for Google but actually you are just a third party sitting at Google, Gurgoan office. - The hierarchy of work flow and management is pathetic. Nothing is defined. - HTML developers aspirants don't waste your time here as the level of technical knowledge they provide you has no market value (only email development goes that too on predefined templates with no space for creativity and most importantly no scope self exploration as a developer). If you love challenging yourself, then this is definitely not the correct place. - QA aspirants - If you are looking for a career in basic manual email testing then it's good. Otherwise people looking for some real job in testing like web/software/api testing in manual/automation etc .. kind of projects are not here. - No definite time of working hours. If you stay back or work more than usual hours which you will have to everyday, only thing company helps you with is the reimbursement of cab bills. - No appreciation given to Dev and QA teams.

One of the worst experience as Manager in Trantor

Pros

- Pantry is there. - Timing is flexible but depends upon your project - Parking facility is there.

Cons

- I started working with Trantor as an Account Manager in Kibo account having around 70+ employees. A lot of politics in the account, nobody is ready to share the knowledge of a product within a Team itself. Used to follow every Lead by visiting their desks and even they are not even ready to reply status via emails or skype. Every Friday, used to visit everyone desk for updating the hours. Upper management is not much supporting, they just need an output from your side. Architect/Leads are really hell in the account.

Pros

Flexibility is the only pros, I see.

Cons

If you are good in buttering. This is actually the right place for you. One of the founders have no clue in what he wants to achieve. This place is a survival for those in relation. The upper management needs a change.
