Like many employers, we have faced challenges in providing healthcare and benefits that meet all needs and expectations of all employees. We continuously look for ways to enhance our benefits package and recently launched a Wellness Plan and Employee Assistance Program to show our commitment to employee well-being.
Over the past year, we have improved our career development and educational opportunities by offering CEU’s, in-services and professional development training to all employees. We also encourage employees to participate in their own personal and professional development plans by bringing forth new ideas and suggestions. In addition, we provide industry-specific educational symposiums within the regions we serve through our Travis Cares division, and we have pledged to increase the number of conferences provided over the next 12 months.
