Mostly everything. They'll higher you and then fire you without any cause. They won't even tell you as to why you have been relieved. As long as they feel you're needed you're welcomed and after that God bless you. They'll relieve you in the middle of the month and not bother to even pay you the salary for that month as well. Avoid this company. You will dodge a bullet. Their competitors are on the rise and they are feeling the heat due to which the management is taking decisions in a haste to save every penny possible. This is not a secure company to work with. Only those who sit at the director level and report to the founders are secure rest everyone else depends on factors like favorism, funding money and their reputation with the managers.

They are customer centric but have not value for their employees. They lied to me about giving me a job in the city that I wanted n got me to Bangalore for training. Worked with them for two months n randomly get a call one day saying that they cannot pay the salary and are hence asking our clients to pay our salary. If the client doesn't pay our salary they gave the option of relocating to Bangalore and working as a sales executive (a drop from the hotel manager position I was working in). If not that then they asked us to send our resignation and said that they would pay one month salary and that we wouldn't have to report to work from the time we got off the phone with them. This inability to pay the salaries was complete nonsense and the company is only looking to grow without regard for its employees. Btw they did this for more than 150 people.
