Pros

The best part was the back stabbing atmosphere

Cons

Owner puts on a fake front like he cares about his employee's but doesn't. No systems in place for inventory.

Pros

They offer free Doughnuts or Bagels on Thursday. Easy to take time off and still have a job. A lot of rules with no reinforcement

Cons

Seeking Employment? Keep seeking! Lessons learned from personal experience; 1. "EVERYONE is replaceable at Trevco" Quoted directly from Management. May be part of the Company motto?  2. Use a Temp Agency, they pay more. 3. All inquiries made to HR will be sent directly back to your Manager for recourse. 4. High stress and gossip environment. 5. Poor work vs home balance during peak season. Mandatory overtime. 6. Outrageous and unethical Insurance benefits. 7. NO Training, NO structure, NO procedure. 8. USE your PTO or LOSE your PTO. Trevco does not pay out pto you EARNED.

Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry that you had a bad experience, that certainly wasn't our intent. I would like to address some of your concerns directly, however, as some I believe are without merit. I'm not aware of any inquiries that have been brought to my department where we have turned around and let your manager know. Anything of serious concern has been dealt with confidentially, and since this is a new plant, I would remember all inquiries. We just finished peak season, and yes there was a lot of OT. In a manufacturing environment, work/life balance takes a new meaning. For those we depend on to be there every day to produce, it is a requirement. This is common in our industry, and it was even communicated upfront during the interviewing process. We pay 100% of the employee health insurance, which comes out to about a $400 value, monthly. I'm not sure what you're referring to? Correct, we do not pay out PTO at time of departure, that is a company policy that we stand by. We do appreciate your feedback, and I would welcome a phone conversation to talk through these issues if you would like. I will reiterate, we don't want to provide a bad experience, that's not who we're.

Pros

Most every one that works here are good people that genuinely care. The owner hires you for a reason and empowers you to do your job. If you are not experienced in working for a small business this may be a new concept. It is not for everyone, if you are not self motivated and able to take initiative it can be tough. This not a big business where you are just a co gin a machine. Great co-workers Free food bageks etc. Fairly flexible work schedule Jim the owner is one of the most caring owners I have met They treat you like a person

Cons

PTO not nearly enough especially for management. Lack of annual reviews/Merritt increases. HR was completely lacking and truly unprofessional
