Pros

Great culture, the people at MSTS are very friendly and supportive of new hires. There is a big focus to double the business results by year 2020. The company leadership prides itself with helping you be an effective team member through on-job training and an excellent new hire on boarding program. The company culture supports it all, and everyone at MSTS wants you to be successful.

Cons

I've not experienced any cons at MSTS. All technology firms operate in an environment of fast and rapid change, and MSTS is no different. As a Financial Technology company striving to deliver high quality software and client experiences, you are seen as a valuable team member from day one and you become personally motivated to help your fellow team members make positive impacts.

Challenging work with Phenomenal co-workers

Pros

The work is challenging and constantly evolving. Interactions with co-workers both within and outside my department is a pleasure. The company is small enough that you definitely recognize faces if not know the names of many of the people. It's rare to not be met with a smile in the hallways. Senior management, in my experience, has always been open to discussion and listening to any concerns.

Cons

Parking can be challenging sometimes, and salaries have in the past been pretty low.

Incredible communication from executive leadership team about strategic vision Great company culture that's continually cultivated through employee engagement activities Good benefits that are on par or better than peers Casual dress code Sharp strategic vision Dynamic leadership team Reward & Recognition program Owned by a Fortune 100 Great work/life balance Competitive pay Advancement opportunities

Cons

It can be difficult to attract/hire really top talent because of the reputation the company earned when it was privately held with a conservative management team. That barrier however is getting lower and lower as prospects learn about new strategy, change management, and the tech culture/history of MSTS.
