Great Company with Great People!

Pros

The employees at this company are some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. Management is really supportive and understanding, but expects excellence from everyone. It's a great company culture that pushes everyone to be their best.

Cons

It sometimes seems like there are two many cooks in the kitchen. Projects can get slowed down by needing a lot of people to agree on everything.

well kept property, lovely residents, corporate office is helpful, job duties themselves are pleasant and manageable in the office manager role

Cons

room for improvement in terms of fair and respectful treatment of employees, strictly focused on the bottom line, culture of paranoia, mistrust and secrecy, low morale with most on-site employees, lots of ambiguity in terms of corporate policies and procedures

Pros

Nice people in management, beautiful apartments. Location is great easy commute. Parking isn't the best but u can park in parking garage. Bus passes for employees. Vacation time staff parties with prizes. Would be a great place to work and company to work for.

Cons

Went for interview almost a week ago, have not received a call back from them as of yet. Not sure how long a DMV back ground takes but I'm hoping I hear something soon. Housekeeping is pretty much common sense. Hoping I get this job ..
