Good work ethic is a must

Pros

If you think you can get away by doing the bare minimum you’ll be in for a rude awakening. This job requires good work ethic. The good news is that you’ll not only learn the art of having a good work ethic by working alongside very hardworking colleagues, but you’ll also learn other soft skills like time management. This job can teach you a lot if you let it.

Cons

Some days are longer than others so the work/life balance can be out of whack sometimes. That’s the startup lifestyle for ya.

Pros

Absolutely nothing. Do not work here. Management is absolutely horrible.

Cons

Management is racist, unorganized, and runs the business on pure chaos. They treat their employees like garbage and do not offer PTO, insurance, etc. And will threaten your job if you do not participate in their illegal activities
