Pros

Guarantee day pay. Each day, Not at home, we are guaranteed to earn a living wage. On a 34 getting a restart.... got paid. Truck in shop for repairs, day wage. No freight.... Day wage. The burden is on the company to keep you running. Good benefits. Health, vision, dental and retirement. Great people with real longevity. Many people still working at TSMT after 10, 15, 20 years or longer.

Cons

Home time ... there I said it. It's an industry issue. Going home? Plan on set appointments a couple of days into your home time request. Though we have not experienced getting home late often it does happen. Drivers managers - most of them are easy to work with with only a few difficult.
