Great People with Substandard Management

The type of work was very challenging as each project comes with a unique requirements.
Cons
Management doesn’t have the fortitude to make the right changes for the collective good of the company. They seem to perpetuate 1970’s management style which drives good employees out the door.

For the most part you work with a great team that works hard
Cons
New CEO brought in with no experience. Has HR run all his meetings and makes the decisions. Company is border line bankrupt.
