      It's piece work. If you are good at the job and quick, you stand to make good money.

      Cons

      If you are new to "field tech", the training and prepping they provide is very minimal and they throw you to the wolves which in some cases can be detrimental to your health.

      Pros

      If you hustle enough, you can bring home decent pay. Working along, not having a boss breathing down you neck. You get to meet people from all different walks of life.

      Cons

      Management was horrible. New hires were thrown out in the field without ever having climbed a utility pole and seeing what you need to work with.
