      Better Opportunities Out There

      Pros

      Flexibility to be your own boss, must be a hunter. Great quality of people to work with. Work and home life flexibility.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. No communication sometimes for weeks to a month. Pay is not good, make you pay your salary back before you get a commission check. Mandatory weekly sales training, for 2+ hours. Good ole boy network if not in the inner circle. If you leave, your commission will not be paid out. Management listens to you but don't hear what you're saying, your input doesn't matter.

      Corporate Culture is Turning Sour

      - Remote Work - Half-Day Fridays in the Summer - Schedule Flexibility

      Cons

      The company ownership (Private Equity) changed at the end of 2022 and as sales declined across the company the culture is quickly turning sour. Executives are expanding the company and at the same time justifying layoffs. Cold and callous are the only words to currently describe this company.

      Pros

      Past pros. When I was hired me and my colleagues liked the CEO down to our manager, the technology we were selling, the problems were solving and the customers. In the beginning everything was great.

      Cons

      There was a movement when we started to see some of the executive and management team and long time successful reps resigning from the company or their positions. Their expansion strategy has created a very corporate feeling that wasn't there before and the warm and fuzzy feeling of working at TriMech disappeared.
