      Only pro I have is that there were a ton of young people around my age.

      Cons

      Where do I start. This business has a lot of promises that aren’t usually kept. This is just another multi level marketing company. 80 hour work weeks. Mandatory meetings that are unpaid. Must meet at office in the morning everyday then who knows where they will send you. No benefits for health, 401k, dental. Nothing. No HR department. Do your research check Glassdoor reviews and Reddit for experiences of former employees.

      Absolutely sadly there are none.

      Cons

      Every single thing about the company. This company is the sister company or SmartCircle. They use bullying and manipulation tactics to get you to do what they want for the “business”. They will tell you everything you want to hear to string you along for as long as they possibly can. They isolate you from everyone by them taking all your time with meetings, team nights, 1 on 1s, morning meetings, networking, morning and evening breakdowns. You will lose everything trust me from experience. Run form this place as fast as you can.
