Toxic Work Environment

Pros

+ Good Compensation (the only reason half the people stay) + Strong Business Model + After working here you will appreciate every other job you've ever had + Ground level employees are friendly Many of the positive reviews here appear to be part of a corporate cheerleading initiative

Cons

- TOXIC work environment - Top heavy management (you will often find yourself at the mercy of several bosses) - Stereotypical disingenuous corporate personalities - Extreme cost cutting measures to pay employees well. Shared phones. Shotty computer equipment. People crammed into a small work place, to the point that it feels like a factory job. - Miserable coworkers - Persistent infighting - Excess process - Poor communication - Poor work/life balance - Poor internal leadership I'm hesitant to ever fill out bad reviews like this but I feel an obligation to protect fellow job seekers from a tenure in hell. This job will beat you down, chew you up and send you home a miserable fool with a little more spending money than usual. Count on it.

Employee Beware

Pros

As many have pointed out, Triad can be a great place to build one's resume. There are some really great people that work here, some have been around for many years. Supposedly it used to be a really fun place to work with happy hours, nice holiday parties and the like.

Cons

First of all beware of some of the positive reviews as they were submitted by senior management in a concerted effort to offset the many negative reviews previously posted. Favoritism, politics, and brown-nosing are the forces that drive Triad. The CEO prefers to surround himself with executives that will agree with him rather than good employees. Literally dozens of worthless Vice Presidents have been hired and left to wander aimlessly. No development of existing staff. No training opportunities or budget. Annual review system is worthless

Pros

Fine for entry-level employees just starting out in their careers.

Cons

Disrespectful management with big heads and tenured employees who cut corners and could give a crap about the business but still get praised. Boasts about a culture that is virtually nonexistent. Lay offs on the same day the Mayor visited to recognize the company for MASSIVE GROWTH... what a joke.
