I worked here for four years, I can highly recommend the working environment and benefits. There is flexitime, 30 days holiday per year, pension and others. It took a little time to adjust to the culture here, but it is a great team to work with once you get to know everyone. Because it is a small company, I had a very varied role and got involved with a bit of everything. It kept the job interesting and I expect I will miss that side of things at my new employer. The products are manufactured in the UK and exported globally. Nice to be part of a successful Scottish business.

Cons

As it is a fairly small company, there is limited scope for advancement.
