Pros

Highly engaged and close knit team. Everyone at Trigger is passionate about XR. The leadership team truly cares about their staff and their clients. The staff loves what they do and it shows in every project. Great opportunity for newer employees to get a lot of exposure to cutting edge tech and grow their skills. Trigger really cares about creating an inclusive culture and giving back.

Cons

Small teams, so sometimes you have to be more flexible to get the work done. If you want to just punch a clock this is not the place for you.
