Open company, excellent benefits. Good products and project experience. Flexibility

Cons

Worst Leadership Team in Asia Pacific. Have leader, who doesn't even care about human values. He shouts, swears and even smokes in office. The person is the worst professional i have ever seen in my almost 30 years of professional career. The whole team is unhappy with him and just working for the salary and would move out at even 20% lower salary, as they cannot take disrespect from a colleague. Harassment is the right word.

Great product, awesome people to work with, some of the smartest talent in the industry.

Cons

One of the worst Management team, lead by incapable CEO who treats employees as if they were in kindergarten. And HR is a disaster.
