Good pay. Smart people. Remote work.
Cons
Terrible culture. High rotation rate. No bonuses, growth. Products killed all the time. No clear career roadmap. Can be terminated by automation anytime independent of your metrics, contribution or skill level. People much smarter than me were layed off for no apparent reason.
