      Pros

      Friendly, motivated staff with most willing to go the extra mile to get the job done.

      Cons

      Surprisingly incompetent sales and engineering staff. Deceptive trade practices. Product specifications may not meet published data. Management atmosphere of superiority and untruthful communications.

      Pros

      I no longer work there is about the only one thing that I could possibly think of. Maybe that their products are pretty good products. Other than that, that is about it!

      Cons

      Dictatorship and hostile environment. President and owner will literally scream at their employees. Direct line managers have zero authority and will stab you in the back in a heart beat. Don't believe the interview lies. Get EVERYTHING in writing and do not take anyone at their word. It means absolutely nothing! Cheap company and dirty offices. Will not spend a few dollars on post it note pads and every other office supply is rationed on a limited and requested basis, with nearly a full audit of ones current supply status. The toilet paper is limited each day per restroom. Lastly, the workers in the plant are not even provided soap to clean their hands. They are told to bring soap from home! I wouldn't recommend working for this company to my worst enemies.

      Thank you for concern. There is a new management team in place. Changes to the work environment have been implemented and employee morale is at an all-time high!
