Pros
For the most part everyone friendly and there are some willing to help you and help you learn.
Cons
Supervisors tend to give out projects and expect you to know everything when hiring on it was explained to be a training role. Promises of promotion and raises yet when reaching your halfway mark theyll keep pushing you off. Management puts employees against each other and are extremely rude constantly lying and saying one thing to one guy and something completely different to the other. If youre looking to be worked like a dog for barely a good check this is definitely for you. Overall very toxic work environment.

My ADHD enjoys fast environments with a ton of different types of projects. Because Trimark also markets for a few different areas or brands (from student housing to commercial real estate to an architecture firm to Midpoint Park & Eatery), I really enjoyed the work. The marketing team was super lovely and kind! I appreciated working with them. Work life balance was also pretty good; I don't think I ever stayed late.
Cons
Working from home is allowed for those with specific living situations (out of state or city, etc.), but there's no flexibility for anyone else — it can be a little weird if you're the only person working physically in the marketing office and you're not allowed to work from home like everyone else.
