      Good benefits and PTO flexibility but constant changes in management, company culture and restructuring

      Pros

      Flexible PTO, decent amount of autonomy over own schedule, comprehensive benefits package, fully remote role, company-provided computer, company-provided travel expense credit card, annual company trip, induvidual team retreat yearly.

      Cons

      Consistent change management, growing pains, ambiguity, role was ever-changing and the goal post was always moving. Within the span of 1 year I had 3 different direct report managers.
