Poor setup with unfulfilled training promises

Free food when important people turn up

Cons

The promise of training , that you never get. Then you get reveiwed, then booted out for not fullfilling the role you were hoping to get trained to do. Very poor setup. Expected to get products made in a very small work area with forklifts lifting boxes and equipment over 15 metres in the air, right next to you. 1 - 30 minute break a day in a very small rest area, If you can get a seat. Otherwise you are on your feet all day. Constant online modules to get done. No time set aside for that.

Upper management is too over staffed. There are HR people who have no personality. HR not open to hire people of not white race.
