Pros

Some projects involved interesting work with technology and business operations.

Cons

Clarity around responsibilities rarely lasted for very long. Tasks were often assigned without clear guidance about how they fit into larger goals. Instead of a stable operational structure, priorities sometimes changed before previous assignments were completed. That created unnecessary confusion and wasted time repeating work. The constant uncertainty made it hard to feel productive. A company with complex operations should have far stronger internal organization.

Co workers try their best to help you out when they can.

Cons

My experience at Trivad was frustrating, chaotic, and miserable due to a lack of structure and strong leadership. Communication between teams was terrible, management was constantly at a loss about what to do, and employees were confused about who be doing what due to roles being vaguely defined. It didn't help that the company neglected to provide employees with any training...

There are benefits and perks working here.

Cons

The workload is absolutely crushing. The mail never stops piling up, and it's not just mail — I was buried under endless tasks that no single person could ever keep up with. There was no support, no teamwork, and no consideration for how impossible the expectations were. "Exhausting" doesn't even come close to what it felt like trying to survive each day in that place.
