I love that every bead has a story and the details on the murano glass is amazing plus it's the original since 1976.

Cons

Unfortunately there's a lot of favoritism, gossip, backstabbing and management is not fair most of the time with their staff regarding sales, schedule etc. I feel like as adults teamwork is a must in order for the company to succeed, not attack one another for comission, that's being unprofessional.

The store never has customers so you get paid to do nothing.

Cons

There is no leadership at any level. Every store visit leaves a different direction with no consistency. Managers are expected to fund all events and store expenses out of their own pocket and wait up to 6 weeks for reimbursement. If you work for a manager that doesn't have money to invest in the store you will not be successful. The pressure is on store staff to create all marketing ideas and get customers in with the only corporate contribution being postcard printing, if they can get those done on time. Stores are pitted against each other and there is no communication or team atmosphere.
