Pros
Eccentric company and work environment, made some cool movies 20+ years ago. A few nice co-workers, but not many.
Cons
The "higher-ups" (all three of them) are complete jerks. They love to yell and scream and belittle. I've never worked for a company with such mean people before. There were times where one of them would be literally screaming at you for making a minor mistake. No benefits. Pay is unlivable wages. Like under $17k a year.
