Great startup feel with lots of passionate co-workers and leadership. I attribute this to the CEO and immediate leadership team. It had some quirks but it was startup. Too bad it had to go.

Echostar bought the company and the cultures simply did not fit. The fire that made the office hum was gone within a year. : (
