      People come to work for pay - there is no other reason.

      If you are on the right team you get to work hybrid The actual product is cool

      Cons

      If you are on the wrong team you don't ever get to work hybrid Poor management Terrible pay, the system is set up for them to project you to make X because of your giant "bonus" but then poor decisions made at the corporate and Director level will decrease your bonus and you will be stuck with a much lower rate.
