      A truly terrible company to work for

      Pros

      They pay you money because they have to but they won't pay you much so I don't know if this is a pro but thats the only good thing they do

      Too many to list but how would you feel about a company that gave you a day and a half of training and then expected you to be able to jump on the phones and help people with a system you never learned? Thats what they just did to every single rep that was part of the call center they bought and turned into a clown show. Avoid this company for now, probably give them a few years to get back in order. Maybe the current leadership needs to be canned.
