Scam Artists - DO NOT WORK HERE

Pros

There are no “pros” in more ways than one. Anything the CEO touches turns to . . . They are always asking for loans to cover up their lack of sales. They don’t care about their employees, and there is no growth potential. You could give up nights and weekends working for these people, and it means nothing to them. They have no quoting or training systems in place. They set you up for failure. Keep scrolling because this place is a circus full of nuts.

Cons

The title of this section speaks volumes.

Don't know how to respond to this, I am reading it and there is literally no truth to any sentence. We suspect this is from a former employee who was a real piece of work, opened up a competitive company, tried to steal employees and sales people. While at our company which was under 6 months by the way, turned in fraudulent business. We are now going into our 16 years of business, we have had growth of key metrics almost every year. I will also say though that it does sometimes feel like a startup as we are building new ways to improve our business and software all the time, so things will keep changing every quarter or we are not doing our job. There is lot of energy and enthusiasm amongst our team. We are looking for likeminded positive driven individuals.

Pros

The fact I no longer work there.

Cons

Leadership is out for themselves and will toss you aside if need be. There is no business plan whatsoever, and the CEO is well on his way to running the company into the ground as they have closed their main office last year. Sales reps were left in limbo for months at a time. They offer no sound training and will not think twice about leaving you behind. If you value your career, don't waste a second applying and move on to a more stable and ethical company. Don't listen to the "positive" reviews as employees were asked to do them. Do yourself a favor and run!

This review started with a lie, we have had no sales employees more than 3 years that are no longer with us. I believe we have 100% retention of all sales people that are here more than 2 years, that says a lot. We do have a written business plan glad to discuss it with possible employees. The corporate office of our company is in a building we own in Sanford Florida and have been here since 2014. Sales reps are mostly remote and work from home, they love that flexibility, so not sure why a closed remote office that was consolidated to corporate would be a concern. We pride ourselves in our training, we offer 6 full certifications that we pay the expenses for , we have 100's of hours of recorded webinar's , management and leadership spend personal time working with up and coming reps that want to learn the business. We have actually had a track record of taking people with no telecom, cloud, or IT from another industry entirely and teaching them what they need to be successful in our business.

Pros

The company has lots of products to chose from. This gives us the ability to remain neutral when talking to customers and put together packages that are right for them. You don't have to be the pushy one size fits all guy that people try to avoid.

Cons

The ramp up period can be rough if you are not closing deals. This is a very competitive industry so you have to stay busy to build up your book.

Yes we have services from 175 different technology solution providers so it can take some time to learn how to do this, focus on the customers’ needs and pain points, solve their challenges , and leverage the salaried employee resources we have at all of those providers to win new accounts.
