      The worst run company in America

      Pros

      Let me see, ummmmm none! Worst run company in the United States. There are no pros to speak of. Run away

      They say they are going to give you a 60k salary, but then it turns into only if you make your quota in sales do you get your salary. You are on the road 100% of the time. If you are lucky you will get a day off every 2 weeks. Drugs and alcohol are rampant within the company's employees, and you guessed it they do not require drug testing lol. The owner is from a third world country, and constantly changes things in the company and makes it worse. The management is horrible. Oh yeah and the health benefits they promise seem to not exist, they do not give you an insurance card or anything. Extremely fishy company. Run away fast.

      Thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. TPS gives people the opportunity to make a base salary plus commission. If numbers are not being met, pay goes down along with your quota and you are given the chance to get your normal pay once quota is met. Simply put, performance expectations must be met and though we try to explain this in detail prior to anyone joining the company, it is still something that can be difficult to truly grasp. We do not require upfront drug testing but do have a random testing policy as per the employee handbook that is discussed during new hire training/onboarding. As with most companies, there are changes that occur but those changes are discussed prior to implementation to allow anyone to reach out for clarification if needed. Questions about insurance should be directed to Human Resources or the insurance company directly to get cards re-mailed as we have no control over the mailing of the actual cards.

      You really get to learn the business of processing. Some of the people working here are genuine people.

      Cons

      It's really not the company they portray themselves to be. Poorly operated and managed. The owner will admit he has been sued tons of times and is being threatened to be sued everyday. They preach customer service and integrity but show the complete opposite. You are gone for WEEKS on end and have no privacy during that time. If you aren't a director, expect to be stuck at the hotel if you aren't working. You will start your day at 7 am and it so t be finished until late that night after conference calls and pointless meetings ran by under qualified misfits. So figure in your time invested and it works out to about $4 an hour. When I started with this company it was totally different. They placed new management and it has done nothing but go down hill. Unless you are ok with being a slave, find a different company to work for.

We are sorry you feel the way you do but please know we have good intentions for everyone and want every person in this company to succeed and grow. We try our best to explain the amount of travel that is expected throughout the interview process as well as the training but understand that it’s still very difficult for families to endure and appreciate the sacrifices that are made. There have been a lot of changes within the company and more changes will continue to happen as we are pushing ourselves to new heights. Our hope is that those that have helped us to get to where we are, remain as we achieve our goals as a company.

      Authoritarian Government!!

      got to know some good people on my sales team.

      Worked as sales consultant last 4 months and it was not a good experience! Please think twice before believing all those fabulous reviews on this website! The management requires employee's to post here. I was told after 2 weeks of employment that me not posting a review by that Friday would not be tolerated. It honestly reminded me of a cult work environment. Management operates in an authoritarian manor and their employee's constantly fearing for their jobs. The job itself consisted of hundreds of hours in the car, living out of a hotels for weeks at a time, and door to door sales in a very unpopular industry. Forced to wait for owner to get back to hotel before we had our required group dinner each night. Can't leave hotel room after 10:00 at night. No privacy. Constant drama.. I could go on & on.... I've never felt so controlled in my life. seriously something not right here!

      Your constructive criticism is valued and gives us the opportunity to learn from past experiences. Our company is a very high paced/demanding environment. We try our best to explain this in as much detail as we can from the beginning but also understand that no amount of explaining ahead of time can truly prepare someone for a 100% travel experience like this one. Because we strongly believe that success is something that should be shared among many, we do spend a lot of time together that includes group dinners as they give us a great opportunity to discuss the day’s successes and opportunities and plan for an even better next day. You are held accountable on all levels with our company and that can be difficult for some and be mistaken as controlling. As mentioned, this is a very unpopular industry so we have to work very hard to ensure the overall success of those that have chosen to join our company.
