Since the merger of SunTrust and BB&T, the lack of an enterprise strategy has led to mass layoffs, selling the company's most profitable assets, constant reorganization and regular attrition (including Senior Management). The C-Suite continues to change direction without clear communication. It is an environment of constant disruption and chaos.
