Pros

A wonderful organisation to work. Values employees more than the business they make. Learning new things and growing is part of the daily work you do. Highly motivated team.

Cons

Since it is a growing organisation and there is a hybrid work model at times you tend to miss out on a few communications. When you start working in a module, it might get difficult for you to change the module as the team is devided based on modules.
