Supportive culture with growth opportunities, minor event flaws
Pros
I’ve spent a number of years at Trust in Soda and have had the opportunity to see the business evolve through different stages of growth, across multiple teams and markets. Growing a business at pace, particularly through challenging economic conditions, naturally comes with periods of change. There have been leadership changes and moments where the culture has evolved, but throughout it all the founders’ vision has remained clear, and the business has continued to grow and achieve impressive results. What has always stood out to me is the investment in people. The incentive trips are genuinely memorable, success is celebrated across numerous platforms and schemes. The leadership team understands that people have lives outside of work, and with many parents in senior positions, there’s a culture that genuinely supports working families. As a parent myself, that’s something I’ve really valued. Like any company, you’ll find people with different opinions, particularly during times of change. My experience has been that if you’re ambitious, take ownership, and consistently deliver, you’ll find plenty of opportunities to grow, be recognised, and build a successful career here. No workplace is perfect, but I’ve stayed because the positives have consistently outweighed the negatives. For people who enjoy a fast-paced environment, value flexibility, and want to be rewarded for high performed then this is a fantastic place to work
