Pros

One & only pros Salary comes at the right time

Cons

The overall work culture within the organisation is disappointing and lacks the professionalism expected from a healthy workplace. There is a noticeable absence of transparency, consistency, and employee-focused decision-making. Policies are frequently changed without proper communication, often depending on situations or individuals rather than established guidelines. The HR demonstrates a concerning lack of fundamental HR knowledge and professional competence. Basic HR processes, including employee documentation, relieving procedures, and policy implementation, are often handled inconsistently. There also appears to be limited understanding of modern recruitment practices, career portals, and current industry standards for talent acquisition. A culture of favoritism and partiality is evident, where certain employees receive preferential treatment while others are held to different standards. This creates resentment among team members and undermines trust in both HR and management. Employees often feel that decisions are influenced by personal preferences rather than fairness, performance, or company policies. Micromanagement is another major concern. Employees are subjected to excessive monitoring and unnecessary scrutiny, which limits autonomy and discourages initiative. Instead of empowering employees to perform their roles effectively, the environment promotes constant oversight and control, leading to reduced morale and productivity. HR is expected to act as a neutral bridge between employees and management, but in practice, the department often appears to support management unconditionally rather than objectively addressing employee concerns. Genuine feedback is frequently overlooked, and employees may feel hesitant to raise issues due to fear that their concerns will not be handled fairly. Communication throughout the organization is often unclear and inconsistent. Employees are sometimes given conflicting information, and decisions are not always supported by transparent reasoning. This leads to confusion, frustration, and a lack of confidence in leadership. The organization would benefit significantly from establishing clear policies, improving transparency, fostering a culture of respect and accountability, reducing unnecessary micromanagement, and ensuring that HR functions are managed by individuals with the necessary expertise and professionalism. Until these issues are addressed, employee satisfaction, retention, and overall workplace morale are likely to remain negatively impacted.
