      Because TW is a market leader, you'll be dealing with problems at a scale that you wouldn't find at a smaller company. There are a lot of opportunities for learning and growth. Company is globally distributed and fully remote.

      Cons

      The performance demands are very high. It is not for the faint of heart. It sometimes seems like work-life-balance is a dirty word in this company.
