      Pros

      Friendly colleagues, well paid, remote basis. If you need challenges to improve your skills, that would be a good workplace.

      Cons

      Work overload, one employee is supposed to handle at least 3 campaigns simultaneously, do not have benefits.

      Amazing Bosses but disorganised and micro-managed

      Pros

      Love the work culture, colleagues was amazing. Bosses was nice and understanding. Near to MRT and nearby to PLQ and many food choices. Flexible hours

      Cons

      They will do well if the bosses are not micro-managing and trust their staffs more. Inexperience in management level. Can be very stressful to work with them as they don't listen to suggestions. Only hiring their own kind for the managerial position. No benefits, no medical, no bonus.

      Working environment is great and everyone is very nice, friendly and helpful. No micromanaging which is good.

      Cons

      No bonus and benefits for employees.
