      I enjoy me employment at Tryon, but some things could be changed for the better.

      Pros

      Easy work, good coworkers, great customers. Pay is ok. Hours are pretty good considering the nature of the work.

      Cons

      Lack of communication from management can be frustrating at times. Management seems to not trust their employees. Not much room for personal and professional growth.
