      Pros

      Knowing every month you will be paid. Free mobile phone and discounts for the telco services.

      Cons

      So many non talented people. If you want to just to get paid every month without doing something significant; then this place is good for you. Otherwise don't think about it.

      + health insurance coverage + work life balance

      Cons

      - poorly managed hr recruitment process - during the interview, even if you are promised for an increase in wage afterwards, don't fall for that! - arrogant managers with no respect for employees. - very low motivation throughout the employees due to restructring period and unfair downgrades and firings. - despite TT is defining themselve a technology company, mindset is still stuck to 90s state corporations - the influence of government is quite visible. not seems like a proffessionally managed company.

      Pros

      There are no such a pros! It is the terrible place for newly graduated job seekers because there is no career planning. The most important thing that I need to say that your work area in the company is directly dependent on your job interviewers' opinion. Your specialty is gauged by your leads, not by your achievements.

      Cons

      A lot of political & government influence. There is always an organizational mess. If you want to become a high-flier in Turk Telekom, you don't need achievements but pull strings.
