      Great coworkers. Nice location. Good amount of women and LGBTQ employees.

      Cons

      Management. Supervisor makes you feel like you don’t know how to do your own job. CEO is used to getting what he wants with push back constantly argued and debated. Pay is below industry standards.

      A Small Studio with Some Unfortunate Flaws

      Pros

      Was a good way to gain quick experience and learn what it is like to work on a team. Good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Leadership is often combative, lack of experienced coworkers, "family" mentality (which is dangled over your head), lack clarity and unable to show work after a certain amount of time. Pay is way below industry standard.
