Pros

Pay is decent after advancement. Some amazing coworkers who genuinely care

Cons

Zero respect for tenure or loyalty — you're disposable the moment you’re no longer convenient No due process when issues arise — decisions are made in secret with no chance to respond or defend yourself Toxic upper leadership culture where protecting themselves takes priority over fairness or facts HR is ineffective and exists to shield executives, not support employees Morale is abysmal, and turnover is high because employees are treated as a number and a means to an end.
