      Top notch management and HR. Paid training. Incentives offered. Advancement opportunities. Easy access to upper management. Long term and stable positions.

      Cons

      The main incentive is based on hard work. It is very important to work hard and reach your goals thus leaving you with less time for activities.

      Pros

      The owners and the fact that they appreciate hard working employees and prove that on a daily basis, I also love the fact that they are driven to grow and do things the right way. I have a great flexible schedule when needed the most, our staff is like a huge family no negativity or spite no matter what level you are at.

      Pros

      This company is very driven and promotes hard work and dedication. Advancement comes within and rewards those that do well, when an opening becomes available. With that being said, you don't have to have experience, they will train you!

      Cons

      I don't have any at this time with the company itself. Only cons are the hours, but at the end of the day, the customer comes first.
