Pros

Great place to work. 15+ yrs with TB. Encouraging CEO & Mgmt. Pretty good work life balance and better perks than I've seen. Events, swag, at-home virtual events and more offered. HR fights for what is best for us continuously. Currently remote which give us great flexibility. Overall looking forward to the future here.

Cons

Workload can be overwhelming at times but that's a good problem to have

Pros

Strong brand recognition in the gaming industry. Exposure to major licensors and partners like Nintendo, Xbox, and PlayStation. Fast learning environment that pushes employees to develop quickly. Talented coworkers who are passionate about the products and brand.

Cons

Extremely toxic work culture that creates unnecessary stress and fear. Severe lack of organization, clear processes, and long-term strategy. Ineffective HR that fails to support employees or address concerns. Poor leadership communication and inconsistent expectations. High burnout with little accountability at the leadership level. Low morale and high turnover that signal deeper internal issues.
