Pros

Nice colleagues with work life balance.

Cons

All about cost savings, penny wise pound foolish. except on annual leave. Zero motivation from management, all talks with no actions seems to be the way up. Promotion given only to selected privileged individual.

Pros

Nice colleagues although the boss is terrible

Cons

Terrible people up there who promote people not based on merits but based on who they like and who can bootlick them best.

Pros

In a combat situation, which accurately describes working for this company, employees bond and create lifelong friendships.

Cons

Employees are mistreated on a daily basis. In two years, never received a review, bonus, or even a cost of living increase. We witnessed employees being harassed, mistreated, humiliated, and abused on a daily basis. People were quitting with emails and post-it notes, some just never showing up again. When I was there the dept had over a 50% annual turnover rate for good reason. So many HR issues, I am shocked that this company is still in business. Not to mention the 'creative' accounting - shocking!

Thank you for your comments. We absolutely acknowledge there were challenges prior and we certainly aren’t perfect; however, TwentyEighty has new owners, a new board of directors and largely new management in the past year and a half. We’ve placed human resources support in all of our local offices to ensure our employees are taken care of, and have focused on our culture as a key initiative this year and last. This is a great place to make a career.
