No respect for HR function — asked to handle admin and IT tasks without experience or support. Unrealistic expectations to complete unrelated tasks within a week. Founder (also acting as manager) has no understanding of HR or people management. Policies and processes change arbitrarily with no structure or communication. No employee benefits or basic facilities — even proper seating was missing. Concerns raised are never addressed; standard response is always “I’ll get back to you.” Leave encashment denied during F&F settlement using retroactive policy changes — unethical and unfair. Employees across teams are frustrated, especially in tech, due to the founder’s lack of direction and poor leadership.
