Pros

Union jobs, support of production employees and tradesman. Benefits are alright but not what you should receive based on amount of work.

Cons

Poor work life balance, asked to do xtra shifts with no consideration to your health. Punishment of employees for injuries at work m half of management undermines each other setting each other up for promotions and sets up employees to answer for mistakes or reduced production flow. Management and h.r employees personal aquatints for company provided eap services and then shares you medical history and private conversations and twists the conversations: company goes through extreme measures to cover up discrimination and harassment today employees with disabilities and has the sources to ruin the life’s of whistleblowers as they are owned by atlas Al blue wolf capital. The company has fired and ruined the records of several employees who spoke up about affairs in the office with management and their employees. H.r recruits individuals and puts them in the union with the intent to gather information and and apply actions to union bust. When hired under salary positions you are required to agree to a NDA of sorts. Management requests company employed nurse to deceive employees and lie saying they are not injured in attempts to avoid paying workman’s comp. Same with previous company drs. Management has its i.t use its security programs to monitor its employees at home without prior notice and does more then just checking in on your you . Management will harass and allow bullying of employees even when reported to have correct. They have allowed such behavior to the point that employees have lost it even intended to do harm. Then instead of helping these employee see they used the situation to make a case for security doors with I’d pads instead of being responsible leaders and fixing the situation. Any employees who speak up get targets on their backs and are labeled disgruntled employees.
