the owner, Seth Bennett, is the best boss I've ever had. I deserved the least attention out of any of the employees, but he still wanted to hear what I had to say. He treats you like you have a stake in the company, and expects you to treat the company like you have its' best interests at heart

the hours suck, that's not a "con", it's an expectation and if you like this industry a necessity you should have a desire to deal with.
